I worked as a tutor at South Downs college teaching massage and reflexology.
As part of my continued professional development I went on a yoga course and found that Yoga seemed to complete me. I had gone full circle starting with Reiki and then finding the same principles in the Yoga sutras. I love learning new things and relearning old.
Ive been a holistic therapist for over 18 years and have a passion for helping people. My aim is to work with you to help facilitate change within you. Releasing old habits and fears and replacing them with new empowering behaviour.
I am a fully qualified and insured Hypnotherapist, Hypnotherapy trainer, Yoga teacher, Reiki Teacher/practitioner, Reflexologist , Touch for health kinesiology practitioner and trainer.
I abide by the code of practice and ethics of the industry. I am fully qualified and insured.
